Through Public-Private Partnerships, Gold Star Kenya is leading the way in new approaches for health care providers to offer in sustainable ways high-quality integrated HIV/TB prevention, care, treatment, and support services through strategies that build provider technical capacity, improve coordination of HIV care and treatment, enhance data management, improve quality, reduce costs and ensure accountability.

Working with other consortium partners like  FHI360 Gold Star Kenya is offering Technical support that focuses on creating a county-owned, county-led, and county-managed integrated platform for the delivery of HIV care and treatment services.

The USAID-funded Tujenge Jamii program is working with counties to increase access to HIV prevention, care, and treatment services to population groups considered to be at high risk.

The program’s guiding principles in the Journey to Self-Reliance for Communities are; Transparency, and accountability, Strategic Partnerships, including private sector involvement, Gender, Total Quality Management, Innovation, Service Integration, and the use of evidence-based interventions.

We do this with an aim of achieving an overall goal of strengthening Health and Human Capacity through increased use of Quality County-led, County Owned, and County Managed Health and Social Services.
